Captain Jeff runs private Delta fishing charters from Lauritzen Yacht Harbor in Oakley for a guest and up to four friends. Striped bass is the main target, with a spring run from March to June and a fall and winter run from August to December, while sturgeon, salmon, halibut and bass are available by season. He fishes with Daiwa reels on Cousins and Lamiglass rods. Guests bring a fishing license, non-spray sun protection and a small cooler.
